I did lose weight by leap fitness lose weight app but it didn't fixed my Posture nor most of the back fat...this app however greatly helped me fix my posture and reduce back fat...I started advance level as I had some workout experience...After 1 month the changes are visible iam gonna do advance for 1 more month and iam sure i will have a perfect Posture....

I have never expected good results from home workouts or workout apps (like this one). But this app is amazing💫. I used to have back pain and bad posture, after using it for 1 month (nonstop) I can see the results and I'm very satisfied. I no longer suffer from back pain and my posture has improved alot. I recommend you to give this app a chance to change your posture.

I use this as a supplement to my daily routine and my posture and flexibility is already so much better - especially as I work behind a laptop most of the day. exercises are easy to follow and you can adjust the intensity and rest periods. the basic version is sufficient with ads only at the beginning and end of the workout. It also doesn't nag you to join premium, which I appreciate.

It is a brilliant app and to me it doesn't crash at all. If the iconographic illustrations wouldn't be obvious enough I always can see some videos where every step by step details are shown quite clearly. The adverts are there to make the app free and honestly if I make 10-15 minutes only for this anyway I really don't feel being ripped off by that extra two minutes in return of feeling excellent and refreshed from some great, well designed exercises. Thanks! Keep up the good work!

I have used this app for years and have radically changed my health. I am stronger, more balanced, have great posture, and rarely feel pain. At 58 I am atypically in athletic shape. The only physical things I do for that is use Perfect Posture and an inversion table. Meticulously work the form for each exercise, do the routines regularly, and achieve a healthy body. This isn't magic. It takes effort and commitment, but the rewards are a better quality of life and improved health.

I like this app, but I can't recommend it. There are so many problems I have to mention. First of all, it crashes often, even several times during one workout. It does this so often that it is almost unusable. The ads don't bother me, it's a free app, but the ads presented are really long and you can't skip them for long. And the last, admittedly minor, problem is the workout illustrations (just from the illustrations I'm not sure what to do). I think I'll switch to another app.

I downloaded this app to get rid of stuff like hunchbacks and back pain, but was a little dissapointed. First of all, the notifications: they give you stuff like "stretch a bit before bed" or "exercises for back pain" but when you enter the app it doesn't suggest anything for that. As a reminder it's good, but not what I feel it should be advertised like. When I searched for other exercises, most courses are locked behind a paywall which is unfair. I also cannot unlock them without watching ads.

love it, love it, love it!!! upd: I'm 27 days into all three challenges. i have no problem with the first two but the plank challenge is just way too intense. i lost motivation like a week ago cuz it's just too much for me (I'm a beginner) i feel like the intensity grew too fast. wish the app asked you how you felt last time and then adjust a little i still LOVE the app though, it's the only app I'd recommend for absolutely anyone. can't wait to get premium to enjoy it to the fullest! LOVE IT!!
