The best meditation app I've ever used. They not only thought about the little things like a new motivational quote on your lock screen every day, but the content is extremely well produced. There are programs you can follow, or just explore. There is a lot of freedom around it. They track what you do so you can see your accomplishments and have so many options from talk, to music, to guided meditation, to background focus music, and everything in between. Short or long meditation, you choose!

I like the app but I've recently allowed the app quote of the day to appear as a screen saver. And there's no way for me to remove that permission. And it appears that, ever since I put it up there, my battery has been draining faster, so i'm going to have to delete the entire app just because I can't get rid of that screen saver.

my son enjoys doing the meditations with me. my company pays for the premium version. I don't know if I'd pay for it, but there are nice perks. I like how I can choose the length of meditation based on how much time I have, and I can choose the background sounds. I would like to choose the visual part as well, and the ability to add bells of my choosing at intervals of my choosing.
