| 2024-11-28 |  | | The site made it seem that I needed to put money in the local wallet on the site. This is not only not true, but the trade portion of the site cannot read the local wallet. It attaches to an exchange service. This means the money in the wallet is inaccessible. The transfer fees to retrieve my money exceed the money I want to transfer out, meaning I would lose money if I tried to get it back. The support team would rather argue over the source of the fees than provide any real assistance. |

In addition, the pro subscription gives you the ability to place advanced orders not normally available from exchanges (trailing take profit, stop loss, etc). Additionally, you can place multiple orders without tying up funds on the exchange. Highly recommended, I have already been more profitable thanks to this app! |

You can open grid bots, trade futures, open & close positions and try a trailing position. App is still young so it needs some work but it's got a good community on telegram where the creator actually talks to his user base. Low learning curve. Watch the videos to learn how to adjust the position bars on the chart you can adjust them with your finger by holding down on it |

You can trade on ANY EXCHANGE all from this 1 app, instead of downloading multiple apps like Gemini, Coinbase, Kraken, etc. Not only that, the charts are directly from trading view, you can keep track of your entire portfolio from all the apps in this 1 app, it has more coins than anyone else, OVER 8,000! And you can see multiple trades your in on 1 screen. LOVE IT !! I have not had to use customer service yet so idk on that, but definitely A MUST HAVE! |

When I scalp I don't need any confirmation pages after an order is placed. I need to stay on the same chart to exit asap. 4. When I return after pressing ok button on the confirmation page, the stop loss line not showing up. 5. The position tab shows nothing for working orders. Not perfect for day traders |

I can't get any of them to work -- the algorithm works great until the actual order trigger. I can't use it if the final triggered order just gets immediately canceled. Asking here because no one responds to my support emails. |

You deceived me, there's no way I'd ever let this happen. I've spent little $ on apps the last decade because I'm constantly struggling financially and can't afford to pay for such extravagant things. Im so annoyed at myself for not seeing the small print and pissed off at the Dev for the questionable and downright sneaky tactics employed to deceive. That shouldn't hapen |
