2024-11-24 | Mr. Spam | Its a great idea and it does work but only around 50% of the time. I talked to someone with the company and they told me i need to download the latest update. Unfortunately it doesn't have an update since i just started using it a month ago. Thanks for nothing Greg Pare Update: now the scan pretty much never works and they don't have a value for most of the new cards I've scanned then had to type everything in manually since it never works. I can't believe it but the app is getting worse
2024-11-22 | David Clayton | I've made many sales on the platform and have overall had a great experience but the bugs on this app really need to get figured out. I've had multiple processing errors, bugs when trying to negotiate with customers and I am currently unable to get into the app period. I've had a pro membership for a while but if I can't rely on consistency I may have to take my business elsewhere.
2024-11-11 | Corbett Endicott | I love this app. It has helped me keep track of my collection. Selling and buying is fairly easy. All of the Collx ambassador are happy to assist anyone with any questions or concerns about the app you may have. I recommend going pro as you get monthly credit to use on the app to buy cards. They have sports and trading cards of all types.
2024-11-10 | Salvador Flores | Constant issues with the search not working or not filtering correctly. Long set descriptions don't display and if you select the wrong set, you have to start all over and hope you select the correct one. Refund requests take forrrrr everrrr. Many users don't respond to purchases so make sure you check to see when the last time they were active before you buy. I like the old search where you could choose the sport, year, card make and set. Tracking isn't very accurate.
2024-11-09 | Nick Mattingly | Bu far the best app and database for keeping track of your trading card collection. Even better, the marketplace is a perfect place to find cards for my collection. You can also subscribe to CollX Pro to unlock the ability to feature 20 cards and get $10 to use to purchase cards! It's awesome!
2024-11-02 | Kevin | Still having too many issues with this app. It's taken 4 Oct. payments for the month, YUP 4!! And on top, it would push my acct back to the a free 500card listing max. This would erase all listings over 500 (which was over 1,000). Then it would charge me again & I would continue w/photos & creating listings until.......... It did it again, erasing +1,000 listings. I've lost 2+ months of work & I can't get help. Not to mention all the $ & all the work. QC hasnt me anything: HELP, REFUND, ETC??
2024-10-29 | Chris Barbour | I think this is a fantastic app. I scanned a ton of cards, and the app found 99% of them without issue. There were only a couple of cards it had trouble finding. You can add cards to your collection, add friends, sell cards, and they give you a very generous 500 cards to scan. Other apps I tried gave you very little scans before they wanted you to pay. If you're a big card collector, this app is worth the subscription. If you're just a casual, you still get 500 cards. Download and enjoy!
2024-10-28 | B. A. Foley | I have a remarkable cell phone camera and have tried a variety of background surfaces and lighting, yet correcting the details of cards I scan - you know, the collectibles with details that make all the difference with modern & ultramodern cards (but not limited to them) - takes exponentially longer than scanning. If other users do not correct their scans, you're not able to reliably search for purchases. A feature I wish existed is one that would allow the set being scanned to be preset.
2024-10-10 | Mike Decker | I live on this app! It has brought me and so many others back into the hobby. Download it. The update that allowed users to manually enter card info when the cards are in the app's database needs work. When CollX features different card lists, those show up 1st. And, with so many users not entering the card info correct, it's a little annoying.
2024-10-02 | Kevin Odneal | Too many issues to name them all but I will try. If you want to adjust your prices you have to do that individually for each card which is extremely time consuming. Recommended prices / market valuations calculated by the app are wildly inaccurate both way too high and way too low. Taking photos of cards to post is very clunky and takes a very long time. The app consistently suggests incorrect cards from pictures taken leading to manual entry which takes a ton of time. |
