2024-12-07 | Michelle Huff | So, I'm editing my review. I have lost every game I've played since my post. I feel like someone has more control than they're letting on. Seems if you're ruthless you get good cards. Also, other end. You are 5000 behind in last hand. The opposing team melds 150 first or second play. If you quit the game charges you extra coins for quitting, a game the bad dealing has caused. Not right. I think we should ask other developers to do it!no reply?????
2024-11-04 | Eli van der Knoop | op 11/1/24 The games are one-sided, and the support team doesn't speak English. There hasn't been a good experience since I started playing this. I recommended it highly, and Hand & Foot is a game I've been playing for 20 years and really wanted to use this to connect with other friends. I will be going back and telling those people how poor this has turned out. It's a constant headache and a money grab. 11/4/24 Update: after emailing them I've lost more credits & still haven't heard back.
2024-10-23 | Tom Abbott | It is fun. If you buy credits they cheat you the more $$ you spend. The upper $$ have a higher cost per credit than the .99 option. I wish the melds were sortable like your hand. Edit: Also, each game costs 500 credits, but if you loose. If you win you only make 325 credits. Response to DevelopI never said anything about the cards not being random. I also didn't say anything about people who pay get better cards....so it makes me wonder why the Developer denied it in their response to my review.
2024-10-01 | Robert Thiele | I have had 2 games now where I have played with either 2 or 4 players where my match suddenly ends and all my credits are erased. Is this because someone is blocking? Both times it was when I was playing everything out of my hand to pick up the foot. Maybe other player was upset I was winning?
2024-09-24 | Ann Marie | Highly suspicious algorithm kills all of the fun. I've been playing hand and foot irl for 25 years. I don't mind spending money on a game if the app is designed to provide honest game play. Unfortunately it appears to be designed to manipulate you into spending money as its sole purpose
2024-07-28 | Emily Vandevander | It is a fun game when played with everyone given the same opportunities to play well. But this game is obviously "stacked" for the opposing team to win at least 95% of the time. This makes it a very discouraging game. It is strange that the other team almost always gets the good cards and wins. I have played many games and have won very few because my cards were not good. I know goggle says it is chance but it seems awful suspicious. I also purchased 10000 credits and they got erased.
2024-07-26 | Michelle Mercer | Love the game itself, but you seem to lose 98% of the time. And you can only get coins by watching ads!! And can only get 500 once a day, maybe?? So you are only able to play one hand a day unless you are lucky enough to win one, you might get 2 games a day. That doesn't make any sense to me. Their should be some sort of daily bonus to give you at least something to be able to play.
2024-03-14 | Kyle Young | Cool card game, but the app needs work. The resolution feels like it was developed for PC, making it very hard to read on a small cell phone. Making the user sign in every time you open the app is not a deal breaker, but certainly is tedious. The worst part of the app is the credits system. As far as I can tell, you must have at least 500 credits to start a match. And the only way to refill credits after losing several rounds is to pay or to watch ads. I wish there was a free play mode.
2024-01-28 | Janie BoBanie | The app is hard to navigate. I cannot edit my profile, the input for text for chat or emailing the devs is almost impossible to use. No reward for buying a subscription... I cannot buy credits, the store keeps saying it's unavailable or the buttons don't work at all. I have cleared cache but still nothing. It's just clunky overall. I will probably look for another app to play this game.
2024-01-20 | Randy Avenell | The game itself is really fun, but the requirement to sign into you FB or Google account almost every single time is quite annoying. Sometimes I'm asked to sign in multiple times just to launch the game. Other games might ask to do this once and remember your account. Their servers also seem to be a bit clunky, and I've been kicked out of games or had popups saying my connection was lost, even though I'm on solid Wifi. Hopefully these things will be improved. |
