2024-11-06 | Jared Johnson | Frequently disconnects from Chromecast on various networks and in various locations. Autoplay feature does not work to continue watching TV episodes. Partially played movies/TV episodes in continue watching section do not play while trying to cast, requiring you to go back to the library page in order to begin watching again. Frequently requires closing and restarting the app in order to watch TV shows that have already been purchased as they are listed for sale again. | |

Can't change playback speed like Netflix. It doesn't keep your place where you left off in a series like Netflix does. 2024-10-23 | Alyssa Stevenson | Fandango, fix your app. This is ridiculous. The app will be open on my tablet, I pause to go do something, come back 20 minutes later logged out and my place was lost. This is unacceptable. Vudu never had these issues. And I shouldn't have to login every time I use the app. In fact, most apps like it let you stay logged in indefinitely or every few months at minimum. Seriously, fix yourself. | |

Won't sign in on multiple devices that say my password is wrong but works fine with other devices with the same password. If I could get all my money back for all the shows and movies I've bought from them I would. I don't recommend this app for anyone since fandango took over. | |
2024-10-14 | Andy Cortez | Theres an issue with 4k dolby vision content on the chromecast. If I pause and resume or or use any playback controls, the picture will start to stutter and I've had massive artifacting appear on the screen. Older titles seemed more likely to do it. Batman Returns was the first I noticed it but I've had this problem many times. My 4k roku doesn't have any issues like this. Also please allow the chromecast to automatically change the screen refresh rate like the roku can do. Hdr10 doesn't work | |

I also love the different sales and bundle sales that they provide throughout the year as well! and it is nice not to be restricted to any ONE or 2 or even 3 devices! It is nice that the account is mine and I do not need to pay for having an account with movies I already buy, unlike some other apps out there. that's why I choose to always buy movies from Fandango/vudu! thank you! | |
2024-10-07 | Ken F | I have over 500 movies on one account alone , so I have lots to play . I also have hundreds and hundreds of free movies as well. So lots of entertainment available so the app works great and I've had no major issues and I can't even really think of any small ones at the moment. Except the message I have it on too many devices, but I haven't seen this lately so hopefully they got rid of that worthless restriction. |
