| 2024-11-20 |  | | Only giving 1 star because the in game ads are playing over the music in game play. Makes it hard to pick the answers. I understand you need ads.. But, just play them between games. Not during! It's so frustrating!! Please fix! I've been playing this game since it first came out years ago. |

I can't hear anything, or 2). there's something playing (like an ad or a song) over the individual games that I haven't even started yet. I have restarted my phone, uninstalled/reinstalled this app so many times it's not funny. I only have issues like this with this app. If it continues, I'll be uninstalling it permanently. The sad thing is, I have no way of letting the people I play against know any of this. |

I enjoy the daily challenges. When I started, I didn't realize certain playlists work towards badges, so I wasted some play time until I learned. I'm still not very good, but it's great down time for me. |

This just started happening yesterday but I'm not taking any chances and having something weird happen to my phone. UPDATE: After a week of waiting no one from customer service has gotten back to me, no surprise there. CS has always sucked with this game, that's why I quit playing before. My original issue has gotten worse and it's apparent you guys are just here for the money and not to help. |

Just one example of a thing that could be improved. Annoying that you can pay for VIP and still get spammed to spend more. Don't have outside ads but still have the games ads. |

Literally 1 or more between every single game, and the ads last longer than each game, usually multiple screens to click through. I see people are still cheating and somehow have 30,000+ scores mere minutes into a party starting-- good to know some things don't change. But yeah, the constant ads make this unplayable now. |
| 2023-03-03 |  | | Like many others I have come to change my rating from 5☆ to 3. I am a long time player (10+ years) from when it was a game on FB. The ads although long are the least worrisome. I HATE SP3! I didn't want it, I didn't ask for it, furthermore after trying I don't even like it. I feel it quite immoral what you are doing between these apps, requiring 1 app to play another is just asinine. Whats more disheartening is how many of my long time challengers have abandoned the game due to this. |
| 2023-01-24 |  | | I've played SP since the very beginning (2012). It's been my saving grace, on days when I was overwhelmed with life's speedbumps & I needed 2 get out of my head for a bit. I've met some VERY awesome people & have enjoyed playing them for YEARS! I'm sad 2 see what this game has become. It's dirty tactics & lack of appreciation for dedicated players. WE were the ones that made this game a financial success for them! I'll hang in a little longer but they've made it clear that loyalty isn't valued😡 |

I'm not happy about the changes because I pay for a monthly subscription and you lose access to what you pay for if you don't have the accounts linked. SP3 is bloated with ads and paid for playlists so I don't want to switch. I also don't want to lose 10 years worth of playing! Songpop has lost their understanding of what made this game special. |
