Coming back to this game again in my 2nd replay of the rusty lake and cube escape series. Not enough can be said about this game. What an experience. I will say if you're new to the series, start with the first published rusty lake game (cube escape:seasons) and work your way chronologically through. It's so worth it for the payoff, every new game is a revelation.
I have really enjoyed playing the Rustic Lake / Cube games. This game was the one I started with, now I'm hooked. I do read comments of past players and noticed 2 puzzles that players think are glitches, they aren't. The 1st is the phone; ask any person born on the 50's/60's to show you how to use it! I'm old, was fine with it. The 2nd is the water tank, it works but is VERY HARD to get the order correct. I had to use YT to pass that one. Enjoy!
Old school gamer here. Terrific game. Very different puzzles that were extremely creative. Storyline is full of what what. Would have paid more. Only issues: needs a gentle hint system, not a walkthrough. Had to get the wife to watch it and nudge me to avoid spoilers. I don't know what I'm looking at when it comes to the achievements page. Did I achieve it? How do I achieve it? None of this is clear. Deserves a better title than "Cube Escape". Thought it was just a lame escape room game. Nope.
