Ranveer Bhosale, 2024-12-17Thank you for responding asap bcous my issue was:I noticed that I'm unable to access my claim which I've uninstall and reinstall back but still it is not responding. And with this development it will slow the progress of one's activity in the app. Thank soooooo very much🙏🙏🙏🙏

Patience Chiamaka, 2024-12-16The mobile app was working perfectly fine but was so surprised when it stopped working some days ago and I noticed that it stopped working since the day you added the feature of how we can connect our wallet to the app. Please kindly help us to fix it, and if by removing connecting our wallet feature using mobile app that was added to the app is the only way to fix it, we will be glad, at least we can be doing that through our Personal Computers. Thanks, looking forward to your quick response.
