When it works it works great but I signed up for a year subscription and after about 10 projects every time you try to create music it tells you that too many creators are using the platform at this time! You would think it would be easy to contact them too see if you could get it resolved but I am tired of hunting through websites to figure out how to handle issues It used to be easy to contact customer support it's almost as if once they have your money they don't care anymore!

Don't waste your money you pay for pro then when you want to use your voice they want to charge 5$ for every custom voice you want to make, you pay that and then it crashes immediately and takes your money and wants to charge you again to try and make a custom one again, but guess what it crashes again. This app crashes so much its mindblowing how it even functions and good luck getting your money back or a song made, it's always crashes or it says they are at max capacity try again later. Scam

I subscribed for a full year, but unfortunately, the service is not working due to high traffic loads, which allegedly cause it to reach full capacity. Is this the level of service I can expect? I had been looking forward to creating a cute song for my loved ones, but instead, I spent over $40 on a non-functional service. This experience is very disappointing. Will you please either fix your app or consider discontinuing it, as this is beneath acceptable standards. 🙄
