| 2024-12-28 |  | | AVOID!! Fireflies is a SUBCRIPTION TRAP. EXTRACTED $136 FROM ME (update: a paltry $78 refunded once I was finally contacted). Expecting a useful tool for maybe $8/mo; instead RIPPED OFF for $34/mo! Once sub'd, you are intentionally trapped. You can't cancel from the app. Forced to navigate thru endless browser menus with buttons that are greyed out until esoteric next steps, like drop down selects or text entries, are performed. Watch out about use "credits", too. SO SCAMMY. Negative CX. |
