I ordered a lot from then and recently I ordered plastic drawer which is a defect and can't close it properly, I tried returning it and have been rejected because it's assembled already, totally unfair, but anyways im never ever ever buying something from first cry. UNINSTALL FOREVER.

They are fake never ever trust them, kept waiting by promising next day delivery and we rely on them for birthday present, no contact details on their app and even till night 12 their app is showing confirm delivery for today where as chat support is useless automated scripted support, and no telephone support, sent emails and no reply. You are totally blank without any support and your money is deducted, now only way is to open ticket with bank for refund and fraud. It's almost now 12 midnight
