Great app! You can choose begginer, intermediate or advanced. The exercises are easy to do. They are with animated explanation so its easy to understand. Also, you can skip the exercise or skip the resting period and if youre not exhausted you can restart... easy 5-10 min per day... !!!

I give 3 stars because it has a lot of great exercises, however it is NOT free . You can choose monthly or yearly a year is 19.99 or monthly for 9.99. To remove the ads it's an additional 2.99. These prices except for the ad removal are very reasonable compared to others. However, if you don't unlock ad removal you will be forced to watch ads to unlock certain exercisesThe best part is the free meal suggestions, it even comes with a grocery list. Overall I recommend this one.
