App has some serious issues. After setting to use my fingerprint as the sign in method for the app, now I can't go into the app. When it comes to the biometrics window it says to authenticate but does not trigger the biometrics authentication window.

However, they don’t seem to realize that adding a more complex password or enabling two-step verification would be a better solution. Instead, they only impose restrictions. On top of that, the customer service team is unreachable, so how can we recover our account? There’s one solution to this whole problem: fire the entire development team and hire knowledgeable developers But I’m not a developer👋
