Used this for about two years and have had steadily worse service but can't afford to uber everywhere so just have to deal with it. Before, the app was buggy here and there, but now it is every time. Last few week every other trip has had a 30 min wait that lead to my driver being right around the corner only to then be moved to a different driver with another 30 minute wait. Do not try to call customer support they are completely useless.

Unable to even see the map when its giving me a quote. It has the pull down icon but the pull down doesn't pull down. Makes it very very very difficult to see whats actually being booked as they change the pickup spot. When you cant see the stupid map, what the hell else am i supposed to do?
