| 2024-10-29 |  | | Absolutely terrible. My office has view glass and when the app doesn't work (which is always) the windows won't tint. When the windows don't tint, I'm blasted with heat and can't see my monitors from the glare. Buy blinds not view glass! |

Once again schedules are disappearing then suddenly the schedule is back different than what I tried to save, or I'm not able to edit or delete them at all. Mostly functioal but every update has a bug and the most recent one is schedules disappear so I can't see, edit, or delete them. It gets very frustrating. Generally, the app works well other than the scheduling issues. |

Except in times like now where bugs prevent signing in. The windows themselves work surprisingly well. However have frequently had issues getting the patio door to tint at same level as windows. |

I have tried signing out and back in, I have tried different networks including both wifi and data, I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling but it just keeps getting stuck on processing when I try to sign in. |
