The workouts are great, but the app could use some more fine tuning. The app operates like a social media platform instead of a workout app(also requires internet access). When I'm done, it automatically posts my workout for everyone to see unless I tell it not to - every single time. It would be nice if there was a button to click "start" and then it will tell me the 45 seconds is up. That makes it easier so i don't have to stare at the screen the while working out.

I want to like the app but there's too much going against it. For one thing the UI takes a long time to get used. The workout library needs 'equipment' and 'no equpiment' added to the filer which just has muscle groups. The biggest thing for me though is what movements are considered to be beginner, intermediate, or advanced. There is absolutely no way a "beginner" could be expected to do walk walks, handstand pushups, and pistol squats.

I've been following thenx for years and downloaded the app when it first dropped and I put in a lot of hard work and in the Start of 2021 my Thenx account doesn't exist when I wanted to jump and do a workout one day and I have the yearly membership.. I don't want to have to recreate another account and I emailed the support also it's going on day 5 now.. please get back with me. It's an amazing app but this isn't right and it would be nice to have the option to take a photo or video the progress

Good app. Liked the original training plans from the old style better but this is still pretty good. What's with the order when it comes to the workouts? They're all over the place, like warms, set 1, 2, and 3 exercises are not in order are all, numerically or otherwise.

Great if all you want to do are circuits. Recently after a lot of trial and error I've discovered circuits are great for fat loss and conditioning but the short rest periods aren't ideal for muscle and strength gains albeit circuits should still hold a place in the weekly calisthenics tool box. I'm still giving 5 stars because thenx got me a defined and vascular 6 pack. Thanks for that, Chris!

Will you all be adding the guide-along videos back to the handstand technique guide? I really appreciated it when I first started learning my handstands, but now I feel a bit lost when it comes to my handstand balance / finger pressing. Otherwise, my experience using this app has been awesome. It's my go-to app for training, and I know I can always find a guaranteed effective and challenging workout every time. Keep it up! -missjinju

I love the calisthenic culture which is why I became a member but once I decided to cancel my subscription, thenx still continues to bill me every month. Have tried to contact them with no success. It's been 6 months now since I've cancelled my subscription and still being billed. I can't even use the app either ahah I give there customer service a terrible 1 star

Awesome workouts... BUT... 1. No way to save notes to track you progress (i.e. Reps or Time held per exercise) and 2. No audio so the timers are useless. Honestly, if it had these features I would buy a membership immediately, but as it stands, I cannot recommend the app even. Just find the workouts on YouTube. At least there there are timers.

Really love this app and the programs! They're really challenging, and even with no equipment (and no gym :( ) I feel like I'm really pushing myself and making gains. The no equipment workouts are also pretty short but intense - I'm almost always done in 35 min and feeling good. They've made a bunch of improvements to the app over the past 2 months, too. Very easy to use and follow along. Definitely worth the $10/month. Highly recommend.

I really like the Thenx program. This app has gotten much better with some of the recent updates though there's still a few quality of life improvements that could be made. I'd love an audible countdown for timed sets. It would also be really nice to store reps and times in the app so I can track my performance history.
