I've updated and tried it, it's now back to being my favorite pixel app. Again, thank you, this is one of my favorite tools for art as it's simplistic, easy to understand and requires no experience to start like photoshop needs at least a few hours of figuring out to do a simple action. |
| 2023-01-14 |  | | Great app, no forced ads, just banner ads. However there is a few tools to be requested such as a way to lower the amount of pixels in an imported image. For example, if i get a 1080p image of a Camero, i want a tool that makes it look more pixelated, make it look like 144p but not blurry. And also transparency of colors, for example if I'm importing a mod in a pixelated game, eg: melon playground, you can make the windows colored, but not a solid color. Aside from that. Really useful app 👍 |
| 2022-11-16 |  | | The undo button only fades what's drawn. Sometimes, it even does the opposite and adds fade to it. Redo button malfunctions in similar ways. That will not work out for me, at all. I make mistakes all the time. It's okay to charge. Just build features that work well. Thanks anyway. |
| 2022-10-24 |  | | This app is better then most but there are definitely some problems. First off there aren't any layers so you have to redraw the background constantly if you're making a gif. Second can't import anything. And third you can't delete anything so you need to manually delete the box around you're character after you export. Fourth you can't make anything transparent. Fifth allow the user to freely move different pieces around. Fix these five things and you're app will be infinitely better. |
| 2022-10-15 |  | | I like the app and its accessibility but the recent update makes it so much harder to just erase a single pixel. I can't undo the pixel or it will blur out and redoing it makes the line blurrier and thicker. So I have to keep tapping the dot with the erase tool to remove it. And every time it takes me like 30 seconds longer than I feel it should. |

This app is still very accessible, but something happened in a recent update, either with this app or with Android, and now any time you erase or undo something, that area gets fuzzy instead of crisp an pixel-perfect like before. I'm still using it since I can't find another pixel art app that lets you choose your canvas size and lets you save/load from any folder. |
| 2020-12-16 |  | | Everything is in different tabs, so you have to keep switching tabs if you want to do anything. I tried to edit a file I already had, to find that I had to find the file path to that image. Once I got to Downloads, I found that the thousands of images were sorted by name, with nothing to change that. So, I gave up. I needed to move everything in a frame down, to realise that there is no select tool, or any other more complex tools. It's frustratingly simple. This app is horrible and I hate it. |
| 2020-08-04 |  | | I have to sadly rate this at two stars. Pixel Station seemed to be working fine for me, until the main feature decided it wasn't going to work. You can make a pixel animation a frame at a time, but when you go to save it to your phone or anything, it'll load for a while and never save.. I've even had it crash on me once or twice. If this can be corrected I will retry the app and give it another review with better stars. As of now though my rating is only ⭐⭐ |

For some reason it is not showing a clean pixelated color, instead it is showing a blurred kinda air brushed look. I dont like it. This makes it hard to work in detail. Please make an option to change it back to the clean cut pixelated version. Thanks |
| 2020-04-03 | | | I was really enjoying this app then it seems to have been updated. Now, instead of creating pixel art, the pixels are given a blur / smoothing effect. Why?? Its horrible to use now. Maybe it's a bug but I can't see why anyone would want that blur effect. Would have been five starts. Please fix. No one wants the blur!! |
