I bought a full subscription to the app for my child. However, the paid content is still locked. I emailed customer support with my order number. Never got any response, neither the purchases were restored. Awful customer service, absolute disregard of the customer. Absolute daylight robbery!

First time it crashed/hung on a white screen. Then it requires a login, which I tried and this also hung. JUNK. Plus, this is for my kid to play offline, which I assume isnt allowed.
