| 2024-03-17 |  | | Great game, i have thoroughly enjoyed every minute of game time. I would have given 5 stars if not for 1 issue. In trying to get through 1 of the harder levels i have spent days completing tasks in order to earn a revival scroll in order to get 2 respawns. 1 from scroll and 1 from watching an ad . However, after i have used my scroll and get to the point where I should be able to watch an ad for a 2nd respawn i receive an "Ad Failure" message and the run ends!! 3 times now! Very frustrating!! |

When you tap on the support button you get done stock answer about passing your issue to the devs and they will determine what the next step will be. Here's a thot, fix the bug as soon as possible. Funny part is, the bug that needs to be fixed is one that doesn't allow the player to watch an ad to continue playing. Not only that but the bug blames the player's phone memory for the prblm. I have like 3gb of RAM, but I guess this game needs more than that. |

Then one day I went to play it and it wouldn't progress past the title / logo screen. 2 or 3 days later, same thing. 2 or 3 days later, same thing again. Uninstalled & then tried to install but it told me it was unable to install. Funny since I have gobs of storage room available on my phone. It's too bad because it's a really good game (being a Tomb Raider fan 'n all). Installed the Netflix version & had the same issue. Uninstalled both. |

The ads don't work, so you can't watch ads to get extra coins or crystals, so you are CONSTANTLY cheated out of prizes. There is a message that pops up after the game FINALLY loads that says update 1.2.1 has improved it, but nothing has improved. Lastly the game will randomly lock up...which means you have to start over with the loading process yet again. |
| 2023-05-27 |  | | Game gets very repetitive after a few levels, and no way to aim your weapons, it Auto Aims at the nearest enemy, taking your focus off the enemy you want to kill that already has the most damage allowing them to live longer and do you more damage, weapons are limited! The game gets exponentially way harder than the upgrades that are allowed to a point that it's ridiculous! I just lost my interest after only a week of playing! |

But something happened just recently on your last update, that your game takes up to 1.8gigs of ram which in turn won't let me play the ads to earn the items because it now says my memory is too low to play the video and when I clear my ram and start playing again I'd get 1 or 2 video ads to play then it would go back to saying memory too low. Please fix,ive spent a lot of time playing this game and would still enjoy playing this game if it worked right,thank you. |
| 2023-04-25 |  | | The game itself is a good game and pretty straight forward. The one star is because of the long loading time to start playing sometimes taking more than 10 minutes to load. You can watch videos to get rewards or other bonuses, but game will shutdown and reload making you loose all rewards and taking so long. Tried to contact customer support and never received a response. |

So you can't hear anything, and then they fill the screen with enough projectiles, particles, and screenshake that you can't see anything you need to dodge either. Ridiculous difficulty scaling and massively overpriced microtransactions as well. I've been checking in on this game for months and it shows ZERO signs of improving. This is a cashgrab, it deserves to fail. |
| 2023-04-07 |  | | Game is good but 2 problems for me.. 1. No game sound whatsoever. I've tried everything to get it to work. Both music and sfx are turned on but there is absolutely NOTHING. 2. The UI feels slow and clunky. Have to press buttons 3 and 4 times to get them to register. Fix these 2 issues and I may even give this game a 5er. But those 2 issues are pretty important to me especially game sound. So hopefully devs see this review and take it seriously. Edit: Sound cuts out after watching advertisements. |
| 2023-03-30 |  | | Game is pretty fun but it still has a lot of bugs to fix. The controls aren't the best they stop moving you or you go into a different direction. Screens get locked on a different screen when moving through menus. Goals you need to meet to unlock things are working correctly. Example there are goals that open daily and and one day it says you need to log in 3 days to achieve but it still isn't showing it accomplished yet later there is a 7 day login and that one shows almost complete. |
