online customer services are awful. Even for online orders or loyalty points issues they ask you to travel to a store to get help. Not possible for everyone.

Terrible app. Out of stock items aren't removed from webpages and items added to cart and reserved, which make for stressful shopping and a poor experience. Very disappointing for a luxury store
