Where the "Analysis" feature disappeared, which was accessable from the "More" menu? If I want to have a consolidated report of my spendings I have to generate an xls report and count them manually. Big missing! Upd: I'm not having difficulties with the app. What an ignorant behaviour sending me to Support. I'm asking you directly as developers here - where the "Analyses" functionality disappeared. What have you done with a must have feature?
On a daily basis I recieve notifications for transaction, which was made 5 days ago, it seems like it is done every day. When I deposit cash in an ATM the amount does not appear in my account for a whole week, but every day I recieve a notification that I have a new amount in the account. Everytime when I open the application I see with a current date transactions, which were made weeks ago. I hope not to be the next one who will change the bank, because of those bugs.
There's really no need to confirm a transfer with SMS considering you're using the app on a device which has already been authorized. Furthermore, the SMS with the code arrived 38 minutes after the request, when the session is already timed out, which renders the whole purpose of it completely useless, annoying and really, really stupid! Update: I've already stated here what I think and what the issue is and if you're answering that means your part of UBB team and you can relay the information.
