Great food app, I see no problems, and when you have a inconvenience they will do their best to find away past that, I had problems, I accidentally slept when the food came, but I wooe up 2 hours later and still delivered food, great.

Ordered pizza promotion at 2.37pm because there's a deal stated 1 FREE 1 EVERY WEDNESDAY written on app. Received 1 pizza. Asked them abt the other one, CS contacted the restaurant, informed us the promotion is valid from 3pm-10pm. They made mistake with the promotion and we had to deal with it. We asked CS on FB and was informed the other pizza will be delivered. 2nd driver "accidentally" pressed delivered, never get the pizza. 30min we waited in the rain. The food is cold, we don't want it.

Straight forward, not messy. Easy to use. In need of dark mode and star the items and not just the shop please! Would be nice to have a place I can save the stuff I want to try in the future :)
