Always something different why I can't log in and use the app. Before I was thrown into a loop at login to enter email and password. Now the issue is that I can't login because the app says there is a problem with the clock syncing on my phone, activate it and restart. My phone sync is fine. Restarted...same issue. Why? Support unable to help. App unstable and can't access website now. |

However, i had to go to a different register in store to obtain a small advertisement paper thing with instructions on how to sign up. On this small paper is an attached card. Nowhere in the app or on this informative paper does it explain if the card and app are linked or how to link them. Supposing my phone is dead or having issues when visiting a Loves does this card act the same in place of the app? |
| 2024-09-18 |  | | Used to love the Loves app. But it's getting too " buggy" now. Everytime I try and check in for a shower it just spools endlessly while trying to find the location!!! Would be nice if they brought it back up to speed. Update!! Called Loves support. More than once. Have had numerous work order numbers where they were supposed to help fix the app. Repeatedly went through verifying that it isn't user error. Loves loses another star just due to the frustration level. Just stupid Loves!! Just stupid |
| 2024-09-17 |  | | Paying for diesel in the app is a much better experience than the other major truck stops in my experience - there's one problem though. 2/6 of my fuel purchases in app haven't rewarded my points. They only allow 3 corrections per month, plus it's an excessive amount of effort for something that should just work. Please fix this ASAP. |
| 2024-08-31 |  | | This app is horrible. It charged me for showers I never got to take. I tried to check into a shower and the app didn't respond. I tried again, no luck. I then find out that it immediately charged me for two showers (the app said it would only charge you once you were assigned a shower number, and it never got that far). Loves customer support was unable to help. My money just disappeared I guess. |

The deals they offer in the app coincide with my daily purchases, which is awesome. I legit saved over $9 on day one, and that's not counting the 10 cents off each gallon of gas that they are giving to customers with this app atm. This definitely offers the potential to save significantly if you shop here often. Worth it 100% |
| 2024-08-14 |  | | I've noticed this year that any shop service done. Once your rewards card has been scanned. I've received no points. I guess only fuel and DEF points allowed. When I call it in. They have no info of the rewards card being swiped or keyed in upon checkin or checkout. No address, store number, invoice number, no description of the work done. I've done 1 engine service, 5 tire purchases, 1 patch, this year. Doesn't even show on app. Called, they have no record. Oh well. Thx anyway. |

I have been having to put all my information back in, using different emails, verifying emails, etc. It's aggravating when you can't do everything from your phone. I don't like having to get out my truck enter all my information in at the pump when it's already on my phone/app. Please fix this issue! I would hate to start going to the competition for the convenience of the app usage! |

It's stuck in that loop and does not work at all now.. I've cleared the data, forced stopped the app, uninstalled/ reinstalled, everything I could think of.. I just does not work. |

I have gone into settings, cleared my cache, force stopped the app, unintalled it, rebooted my phone, and reinstalled it. NOTHING IS HELPING!! It's frustrating, and it needs to be fixed!!! |
