Sylvia Player Bennett, 2023-12-08If you pause your subscription beware. Went in today to try to do nothing more than change the card on file because the subscription renews tomorrow. Can't access support, can't access billing, can't access account information. I called it went to voicemail. I've now emailed and had to go a different route on the site to get to support. I love their content but I'm rethinking whether or not to remain. Pausing should not stop you EVER from accessing your account information nor billing info.

bzlife2, 2023-12-07Neither the app nor the website works when trying to watch the videos. I deleted my subscription before my card was charged because if it doesn't work during the trial, it likely won't work later. It's a shame too.. It seemed like it would be a great marketing tool if it had worked as advertised.
