Elijah Hatton, 2024-08-25This is the most disappointing system, I have ridden. The whole system needs a serious upgrade and the train stations are outstandingly unclean. No police or gatekeeper(s) presented for security purpose. The scheduling system of trains and bus routes are not align to each other. On time mgmt, is a vital demand, to justify any traveling arrangements that the patrons has planned. This whole system has been soar since early 2000s. SMH
