So, all over through online ProctorExam exams is good, save a travelling time for go to another city or centre as well as unexpected travelling cost, shift miss. Thanks |
| 2024-10-03 |  | | Had to buy headphones and a microphone in order for the app to finish it's "system check" of my laptop only to find out my examiner requested me to put away those things as the exam I was doing didn't need a microphone. It would've been great if the app said something like "Since you are doing X exam which, doesn't need a microphone, we will disregard this check" as basically I wasted money for nothing. Other than that, app was pretty straightforward |
| 2024-09-28 |  | | Was quite daunting as I am 71 years young and not tech savvy what so ever .So the first time I sat the exam two weeks ago I knew it was in two parts but after the first part the system told me to close the program down and I obviously fluffed it and closed the lot down. Would have thought that the second part would just automatically flow on.But otherwise I think all went OK. |

Contacted help, told me samsung phones post 2016 are incompatible (all above spec listed) and to get another phone?!. Contacted help again, told me to disable firewall, antivirus (?!) and that my above spec internet connection was the issue. Told me to get another laptop and internet connection?! Waste of £1k+ and 8 months of revision. |
| 2024-06-26 |  | | Seemed daunting at first, but, once I followed all the detailed preparation tasks before hand, all went very smoothly. A bit awkward having to film around your living room, under desk, ceiling and even your ears (!), but it makes sense. I enjoyed being able to do my exams in the comfort of my home, wearing what feels comfortable and being able to take a break for 10 mins in my garden! That really helped me to relax and re-energize! An invigilator is at hand on the chat too. |

It will be advisable before the exam, there is a demonstration video on how to easily and quickly navigate around and also to get use to locating symbols needed. |

It appears that the Galaxy A32 only works in the test setup and not live, and I completely missed my exam, trying to find a solution. Apparently Google Pixel mobiles do the same thing. |

I had also asked for assistance from the technical team and did what they told me to do: disable the firewall, or other anti-virus software (which I kind of felt weird about because it might threaten my data security considering that I am also using this device for work). But thanks to my tech-savvy brother who helped me in activating this app extension. During the exam, there was no major problem encountered. So overall, it was great! |

When completing the exams, the writing and screen size were far smaller than l thought it would be. I struggle reading small font. This led to me using up valuable time scrolling up and down to read text and for me to answer the questions. I found the text blurred and jumble at times and time consuming enlarging font size for me to read |
