Arshi Khan, 2025-01-08Everything was great until I went to order today and saw that I was locked out of my account and nothing I do seems to be able to fix it. Cannot log in, reset my password, use Google, NOTHING. I had to download the app on my other phone for it to work even though it was fine on this phone so far.

If you have a problem with an order or a refund the best you can get is an AI bot telling you to calm down and that tomorrow is going to be a better day. Never seen such unprofessional and clownish behaviour in my life 🤡
