Terrible!!! At times( Half of the time) you have to rechange your password/user ID in order to get into it? But that's not guaranteed that it will work? Especially as of late. Everything about HD from the top level down seems to be a useless shell of its former self? That's sad. When I first started working for HD it was fantastic 👏👌!!!! Everything worked,if you have questions, they were immediately answered. Plus the work force app didn't have that many bugs!? Now I'm not using it anymore.

It breaks a lot. Unreliable. Designed to work on desktop and phones but lacks compatibility. Signing into the app on the phone is like flipping a coin, it either go through or not. They keep playing with it to match it to the desktop version. It is frustrating to use this app. They are trying to make the phone app a mirror image to the web version. This would not work for all android phone. I do not know about iPhones experience with that app.

Working intermittently since few weeks ago. Kept getting access denied error. I had to clear the cache, reboot phone, Uninstall, reboot, waited 2 days later, reinstalled app then it worked. And now it only works when it wants to. It used to work fine until a few weeks ago. And no matter what, I dont have access to my payslips! Haven't had access to payslips on and off for over a month and then it completely changed to no access to payslips. I have to go through another app to view payslips. 😭
