Hidden fees an when you pay full amount they turn around and say you still owe.. when they say "we applied credit" they are lying pretty much what you have to pay is the credit an if you pay early they will find something else to charge you with smh your best bet is to go for txu or other major companies at least they'll tell tell you up front what they gonna charge hidden fees and all. Customer service just reads off a script an agree with what ever you say just to get you off the phone

Showing usage too high when, have been using electricity conservatively after having it turned back on, having been without for a week from lack of funzies to pay bill. Trying to make it up?; loss of funzies!?

The app started out great! Within the past few months, I haven't been able to pay my bill thru the app. It doesn't post the payment. And I made a payment on the website and on the app it still payment past due. Please fix this!
