You'd think that they'd want to make it easier to pay the tickets but... does not save payment methods. Will not allow you to copy paste credit card info. Does not auto fill credit info. If you move to another app whatever you've tried entering disappears. Also, currently in 2023 the app doesn't work, whenever I enter the license number or the ticket number I get an error message. Now, 2025, the app isn't letting me get past the address page to pay by check.

I don't know why, but i am no longer receiving the authentication codes for some reason. The app was working very well before the recent updates, and now I don't even get the codes. I tried changing the mobile number, but I still can't get a code back to actually continue to the next page. The app also stopped letting me pay, so now i have to pay through the website. Absolutely ruined a great app!

Edit.... Stopped working. I'm on android. When on the screen where you input your contact info there is no move on button or anyway to move past that step. It does exist on the website but the app no longer has an option to move to the bottom of that page so you can put in payment details. Lame.
