It was fun until you get hard capped on progression (lvl 12+ stages). I sweeped for 2 days and opened 10 chests and still can't progress. It's HEAVILY P2W in every aspect with cluttered menu UI trying to get you to buy every possible pass they have. Skip if you F2P, you won't progress far into the game to care or if you only want an hour of enjoyment. Only plus is that fast forward isnt paywalled, too bad everything else is.

Waves of monsters come down and you get to choose weapons to defend your base. The weapon combos are fun to build and explore. Each character has a starter weapon, but you can collect any weapon during the levels. However, you can only unlock new characters with money.

Honestly this game needs a total revamp. Very clearly pay-2-win, characters are almost impossible to get without either getting lucky from a random drawing system or paying actual money to get a currency that has no real meaning. Very quickly has an intense difficulty spike and the upgrades and skills themselves are underwhelming at best. 1/10 cause the looks are cute but that's it.
