    The app is a waste of time. Continuously crashes, when works is super slow and frustrating. I hate to order from bodybuilding because takes such a long time to place an order. Normally takes at least an hour whe suppose to take 10 minutes.

    Everything was fine until they asked me to update my information. Then everything defaulted. There was no way of updating any of my statuses. So I am unable to know any of my previous weights or anything. I'm very very frustrated. I was in the middle of a workout program. I have asked for a refund for one month and have not heard anything back. They do not have a phone number to call anymore. So everything has to be done through email.

    App used to be good. The new version is horrible. Super laggy and slow, user interface is low-res, unintuitive design, etc. How could they mess up so badly? It's so bad that I no longer wish to buy from them after 10+ years of being a loyal customer.
