2024-11-13 | Krgexpress | Navigation sucks, and on some stops it it gives me an "unable to navigate" which then I haven't use another Navigation app. Also when I'm scanning the pallets to load on my truck, turthe screen on my phone turns off it clears my scans (annoying) causing me to have to scan everything all over again. Please fix. It only does this on my android but works fine on my iPhone
2024-10-08 | C T | When loading pallets onto my truck at Amazon facility it asks me to scan the dock door QR code after every pallet scan. In the middle of loading all previous scans dissappear. Extremely ridiculous, counterproductive! And the order of stops on most routes makes no logistical sense. The GPS is awful. When you mute the audio navigation it will halfway mute your music app or whatever audio you have in the background. Therefore, I will continue to use waze. Waze has more features and is more visible.
2024-09-20 | P Udovik | I've changed my review.. Relay app started requiring take a selfie after each load, always glitching with location services... they want you to have an app running on a screen of your phone. You can not use any other apps on your phone without interruption of location services... it wasn't like this before... now, if a driver doesn't use the app on a phone screen, the compony gets point penalties... This is ridiculous! đź‘Ž
2024-07-05 | Rob J Knight | July 5 1024. So now we have to take selfies 3 - 4 times during the work day. We have to ALWAYS have our location on for them. ALWAYS. Now the app glitches out on me from time to time. Sometimes when I am at a facility attaching to a trailer the app will say that the trailer is in a different location. When I try to hit the button to edit the details, it does nothing. It will stay stuck on that screen until you get to your next stop. Then, you will get a performance hit for not using the app. Smh
2024-06-03 | Steven G | It's ok, the issues it has is someone the route it takes you goes through residential areas as a truck driver we are not allowed to go through there. The app needs a major overhaul meaning it's needs to be redone cause there are tons of glitches that need to be fixed. Speed is way off, when your going 55 mph it reads 107 mph, check ins and outs don't always show up, if you are showing you are arriving more that 30 mins it updates and your not able to get fuel if needed.
2024-05-20 | Matthew Brinkley | there's definitely flaws in the system that could be asked or reviewed with contractors and or drivers for Amazon. overall it's a pretty well programmed application that makes it easy for jobs to get done. timing in my opinion is an issue of a multitude of things between rushing and unrealistic expectations. especially when giving a review about a delay and etc.
2024-05-14 | Stephanie Bohr | Increasingly invasive. Req my precise GPS location, yet in order for it to work & mark 'arrived' the phone must be unlocked, with the app up, & trip opened. It doesn't make check in faster. Despite being downloaded on phone, with precise GPS location, & submitting driver's licence & going through a vetting process, apparently identity still needs proven every day with 'selfies' like an Insta model. Tons of prompts to click thru during the entire trip even though you're supposed to be driving.
2023-04-13 | Liara Jane | The maps are terrible. The upcoming direction box is huge, but font small, You can't see anything but a straight line on the screen 90% of the time, and by time a turn is displayed, its already in progress, if you haven't missed it. The vocal command prompts are annoying; I don't need to keep being told to join the highway, where else am I gonna go? The no-truck symbol should be on the no-truck streets, not the intersection.
2022-11-02 | Yancy M. | The App is terrible. No ability to select types of equipment. Generates 24 search results but only shows a small few. No ability to hide Power only vs Bring a trailer. Searching by city is missing many major US cities. And this is just the load board issues. Amazon made a terrible mistake launching this half produced app during peak season.
2022-10-30 | James Henderson | I understand that change is Great however, sometimes I believe if it's not broke don't fix it. This used to be a great app. The GPS color graphics are very confusing for a professional driver trying to navigate. I cannot find the performance tab anymore, are the notifications screen for notes. the loadbord is not user friendly. no tab for payment history or Year to date on the mobile app. I am a administrator and dispatcher. this information is critical on the mobile app. |
