it's gone down hill I used to use it ages ago and it was so good with articles to read for tips and tricks, how many hours you mediated (progress bar) your youtube is free where you can find the courses on there for free you don't have the same amount of meditations as you do on youtube I was looking for 40 45 50 minutes meditation theres nothing between 30 minutes and 60 so you either do 30 minutes or 60 the app is hard to use (compared to the old one) too

I can't get present recommend this app. I downloaded it and the first course that I wanted to take wouldn't run properly from the app, though other courses ran fine. I then tried to run the course from their browser based site and experienced the same problem with the same course. I then attempted to run other courses on the browser site. Some worked, some did not. I submitted support tickets as there is no chat function and received email notifications that I get responses in 24 to 48 hours.

Great, easy to use app with a solid library of free meditations and the option to pay for daily meditations + courses. I love the style of meditation, no background noise. Minimal talking. Soothing voice. Highly recommend.
