Decided to give this Bubble Shooter game another try and guess what, STILL has the same PROBLEM after level 950. Get 2 🌟 on a level, redo it and get the 3 🌟 but it DOESN'T give me the 3 🌟 it STAYS at 2, even after I did that level again. ☹️ Can't CONTINUE playing this game, frustrating, so UNINSTALLED. Maybe SOMEDAY they will FIX the PROBLEM, one can only hope, lol. 😁🌄🦋🌻

Great Game. At Level 3410, I can't progress further, I tried to get 3 stars on every level to unlock further levels. Unfortunately, you do not retain all the stars you collect throughout the game. So, I suspect you can not get the extra levels shown at level 3410. Uninstall and reinstalling updated game, going well.
