Daniel Salas, 2024-12-14My wife and I liked Avianca's service. Avianca tries to be on time, there were some delays in our flights but it was not too bad. They offered a seat belt for our lap baby which hadn't happened in the other airlines we used before. The attendants were kind, spoke English (not required but a plus) and they were professional. Lastly, I want to add that Avianca solved a documentation issue very promptly. I submitted the requested information one night and the problem was solved the morning after.
